About Me

I’m a qualified Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, NLP Master Practitioner and Coach. My passion is helping people live their lives without limits. Once, I was an overweight, shy, anxious person. Now I help people overcome these issues in my 1-2-1 sessions in Milton Keynes, and on my Podcast all over the world.
